Refund policy
At ISKIN, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Returns
We do not accept returns for delivered products unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
The original product must be returned to us before a replacement is issued.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped.
Refunds
ISKIN generally does not offer refunds.
Refund requests for reasons other than damaged, defective, or incorrect products will not be accepted.
Approved refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be processed to the original payment method.
